can someone tell me what benefits bring the gymnasium and the spotlight , please ?

The gymnasium is needed to improve the players's training. If you have a good gym then the improvement will be better. However at level 1, perhaps is better increase stadium (seats) and parking in order to raise your level



Nivel = Level
Ticket Normal,, Tribuna and VIP = maximum price you can set.
Nivel del Mejor Jugador = Level of your best player
Media Equipo = Average Team
Aforo = Stadium (seats)
Parking = ) Parking
